Ambrosia Bistro restaurant was recommended to us by a Chilean friend.
It is located on a busy street in a residential/shopping area of Santiago which is within walking distance from the Le Reve Hotel. If you go, I suggest you take a table inside. Although outside tables are open to the street, you'll get a more vibrant atmosphere inside. If you sit at the counter, you can see how they make the food. Their food, as well as drinks, are very delicious. The food is perfectly cooked and presented nicely.
If you’re looking for delicious food, this place is a must-go-to in Santiago.
You have to reserve the table in advance as this restaurant is located in a small unassuming place. Friendly, helpful and very attentive staff, as well as the fantastic menu, make this place very popular and busy.

Znajduje się przy małej, ruchliwej ulicy, w mieszkalno-handlowej dzielnicy Santiago. Z naszego hotelu Le Reve doszliśmy do niej spacerem w 10 minut.
Proponuję wybrać stolik w środku, aby poczuć fantastyczna atmosferę i klimat tego miejsca.
Jeśli ktoś lubi patrzeć jak przygotowywane jest jedzenie oraz obserwować otoczenie, polecam miejsca przy barze. Jedzenie było doskonale ugotowane oraz bardzo ładnie podane. Wszystkie dania oraz koktajle smakowały wybornie.
Jeśli szukasz restauracji, w której można dobrze zjeść to to jest miejsce „must” w Santiago.
Koniecznie trzeba zarezerwować stolik z wyprzedzeniem, gdyż jest to niewielka restauracja, która cieszy się bardzo dużym powodzeniem wśród Chilijczyków i nie tylko, jako że oferuje wyborne i niepowtarzalne menu, fantastyczną atmosferę a także bardzo mila obsługę.
