Fauna Restaurant in Bruma, Valle de Guadalupe.
If you are visiting Valle de Guadalupe, Fauna is a must place to visit for different reasons: good food, friendly atmosphere, nice views, and great wine tasting.
We went there for lunch and we decided to taste 4 plate’s menus. It was a creative, enormously satisfying cuisine using excellent local ingredients. I love the concept of plates being offered is dependent on what items are on hand. What a great dining experience! Be prepared to sit in long tables in the terrace areas or inside the restaurant. You might be sitting next to strangers but the atmosphere is great and I did like it!
Be prepared to spend here at least three hours to enjoy one of the best restaurants in the area or even in Mexico. We didn’t expect it to last for so long that’s why we lost wine testing in Bruma which was booked after lunch.
We had a good time at Fauna I will go back for sure.
Reservations are highly recommended, but unfortunately is extremely difficult to call them as they never pick up the phone.

Jeśli odwiedzasz Valle de Guadalupe, restauracja Fauna z różnych powodów takich jak: dobrego jedzenia, przyjaznej atmosfery, ładnych widoków i wspaniałej degustacji wina, powinna być obowiązkowym punktem twojego programu.
Poszliśmy do Fauny na obiad i postanowiliśmy spróbować menu składającego się z 4 dań. Była to kreatywna, niezwykle satysfakcjonująca kuchnia wykorzystująca doskonałe, lokalne składniki. Podobała mi się koncepcja oferowania potraw zależnie od tego, jakie produkty są akurat dostępne.
W restauracji można mieć rezerwację na tarasie lub w środku, zawsze jednak siedzi się przy długich stołach, często obok nieznajomych.
Przygotuj się, że w tej jednej z najlepszych restauracji w okolicy, a nawet w Meksyku, spędzisz co najmniej trzy godziny. My nie spodziewaliśmy się, że nasz obiad będzie trwał tak długo, dlatego straciliśmy zarezerwowane po obiedzie testowanie win Bruma.
Według mnie było to wspaniałe doświadczenie kulinarne, w wyjątkowej i niepowtarzalnej atmosferze. Na pewno wrócę tu jeszcze raz.
Pamiętaj, aby zrobić rezerwację. Niestety bardzo ciężko jest się do nich dodzwonić.
