Eureka is a nicely located villa, with three bedrooms and three bathrooms, a guest house with one more bedroom and bathroom, and a small pool/jacuzzi. The style of the house is quite different from the others, with a quite colonial style in terms of design and furniture. The house has a pool and a dining room outside on the terrace. The villa has a beautiful view of the golf course and the ocean.

Eureka to ładnie położona willa z trzema sypialniami i trzema łazienkami oraz domkiem gościnnym z jedną sypialnią, łazienką i małym basenem/ jacuzzi. Wykończenie domu jest zupełnie odmienne od pozostałych, gdyż wnętrze i meble są w kolonialnym stylu. Dom posiada długi taras z jadalnią na zewnątrz oraz duży, głęboki basen, do którego trzeba zejść z tarasu po kilku schodkach.
