Restaurant Corazon de Maguey, Restauracja Corazon de Maguey, Mexico City.
When we walked around the beautiful Cayoacan district we saw the main square called “Plaza Centenario” and “Estatua de Pareja de Coyotes” is in the middle of the Century Garden.
We decided to stop at the restaurant Corazon de Maguey for a break
This attractive Mexican restaurant is specialized in traditional fare that's typically prepared by mixing different products and adding lots of chilies.
We tried 2 soups one “Sopa de Tortilla” with cheese, cream, paper, and avocado, and also “Sopa de Flor de Calabaza” Pumpkin soup. Both were delicious although a little spicy.
For the main course, we ordered salad “De Nopales” with cactus with cheese, avocado, and coriander and also “Mixote de Cordero” Lambs shoulder in a cabbage leaf with vegetables.
Everything was delicious and worth trying.

zatrzymać na lunch w lokalnej restauracji „Corazon de Maguey”
Ta atrakcyjna meksykańska restauracja specjalizuje się w tradycyjnych potrawach bazujących na mieszaniu różnych składników z dodaniem dużej ilości chili.
My zjedliśmy zupę de Tortillas z serem, śmietaną, papryką, avocado oraz zupę z dyni. Obie były bardzo smaczne i lekko ostre.
Na drugie danie zamówiliśmy sałatę z kaktusa (De nopales),
z serem, avocado i kolendrą oraz Jagnięcy bark zawinięty w liść kapusty z warzywami i oczywiście kaktusem i chili. Wszystko było niezwykle smaczne.
