J&G Grill Park City is located in St. Regis hotel Deer Valley. From Snow Park Lodge parking you can come to the restaurant by Funicular or you can ski all the way down form any part of the Deer Valley.
This is ski in and ski out restaurant, with bar and terrace where you can enjoy a relaxing time eating lunch or dinner with a wonderful drink, having the spectacular mountain view.
Inside of the J&G restaurant was developed by Jean-Georges Vongerichten as this modern mountain lounge. Chef de Cuisine Rachel Wiener oversees menu planning for the J&G Grill, she incorporates the principles of “slow food” and local “farm to table” cooking in her menus.
The food is delicious; offers fantastic appetizers, high-quality meats and fresh fish, pizzas, and burgers.
I recommend tuna tartare, aged Bavette steak with truffle fries and J&G Steak Sause.
For drink, you should try famous 7452 Bloody Mary (the the resort's altitude)) and Ginger Margarita
