High West Distillery Park City is gastro-distillery - the first in the state since 1870 – which serves its signature craft spirits, a wide range of whiskeys alongside with American bar food like burgers, mac 'n' cheese and chicken pot pie.
The laid-back space has an upscale, barnlike look with lots of dark wood, exposed-beam ceilings, and cool lighting.
The waiter was super friendly and seating was fast but we came around 4 pm. If you came later often you have to wait to be seated.
Food was great! We had the soup of the day, braised bison short rib, pork tomahawk and for the dessert PB&J Panna Cota and Grillswith- cinnamon roasted Krispy Kreme Donuts. Rendezvous Rye whiskey was my favorite but all the whiskeys were really different and fun to try.
They also offer beer and wine if you don't like whiskey.
High West Distillery is a Ski-in restaurant open whole day from 11am-10pm. The restaurant doesn't take reservations it is a first come first serve restaurant.
Definitely worth visiting.

Przypominające stodołę wnętrze z mnóstwem ciemnego drewna, odsłoniętymi belkami stropowymi i chłodnym oświetleniem tworzy ekskluzywny i niepowtarzalny nastrój.
Jedzenie było świetne! My zamówiliśmy zupę dnia, duszone, krótkie żeberka i wieprzowinę Tomahawk a na deser PB & J Panna Cota i Grillswith- cynamonowe pączki Krispy Kreme. Whisky Rendezvous Rye była moją ulubioną, ale wszystkie whisky miały różny, ciekawy smak i były warte spróbowania.
Obsługa była pomocna, miła i szybka.
W restauracji oferują również piwo i wino, jeśli ktoś nie lubi whisky.
Destylarnia High West to restauracja Ski-in, otwarta przez cały dzień w godzinach 11.00-22.00.
Uwaga nie przyjmują rezerwacji warto wiec przyjść nieco wcześniej, aby uniknąć czekania na stolik.
Jest to miejsce w Park City zdecydowanie warte odwiedzenia z doskonałym jedzeniem i fantastyczną atmosferą.
